LiveRamp is a data collaboration company that helps businesses use their data effectively across marketing platforms. Due to the previous product-focused approach, customers found it challenging to understand its offerings on the website. They approached Skona to help simplify the experience, making it more user-focused and implementing the new brand.
I led stakeholder and customer interviews, conducted analytics and competitor analysis, and then adjusted navigation and user flows based on persona needs. Throughout this process, ensuring frequent collaborative discussions with key stakeholders and the product team was crucial. For visual design, I introduced a visual grid system layout to align with the new brand essence, fostering a cohesive sense of interconnection and a seamless flow for users.
The revamped LiveRamp website led to longer session durations and increased user engagement, supported by positive customer survey feedback. Notably, it was also recognized as a finalist for the 2022 Best B2B Website award on awwwards.com.
